Before Christmas is the time to have homeless pet available to the puppy millers and backyard breeders. In this season homeless pet like puppies and kittens are sold. Sometimes the holidays aren't the best time to bring in a new homeless pet. It can be hectic. There may be guests coming in and out of the house or we may travel.
